Pastoral System
At Lostock Hall Academy, we are very proud of the pastoral care that we provide. Each year group is led by a Head of Year and each Key Stage is overseen by a Senior Pastoral Leader.
We treat each pupil individually and take care to ensure everyone is safe and feels that their voice is heard. We operate a “firm but fair” approach and are consistent in our care of pupils. We work as a closely knit team and share thoughts and ideas, so there will always be a member of the Pastoral Team available to hear pupils’ worries and problems and guide in the right direction.
We are based in the Pastoral Office and can be found there at break and lunchtimes.
